Give your comments on the amended plans for the building
Anyone wishing to comment on the amended planning applications for the Town Hall must do so by Thursday 24 August 2023.
There are two planning applications: one for Listed Building consent and another for Change of Use. You can submit a representation regarding either application at the following links:

These applications are updates to the planning application approved last year. The main change is the introduction of the shed adjacent to the Town Hall (behind the cottage) into the scheme, which has increased the footprint, and the red line area for the scheme.
The introduction of the shed is intended to resolve issues with the original scheme including visitor circulation throughout the building, provision of toilet facilities, and an increase in storage/change facilities to support events and activities in the performance space.
